When you sign up for the class you are a lifetime member.  This isn't a 12 month or 6 month class, you can come back and revisit the lessons whenever you like.  'Lifetime access' means that as long as the internet still exists you will have access to this class!  

Yes, of course, all of the stitch lessons are available on youtube, for free, but here you will find consistent lessons with no advertising.  Everything is in one place ready for you to pick up and check in whenever you need to check on a stitch.  I use high-quality recording equipment and clear sound.

You also receive access to three exclusive patterns that are not available anywhere else.  As time has progressed I have included bonus material for the class including how to make a lavender pillow and how to make a patchwork cushion.  More content will be added over time which you will also receive access to.

You can watch the videos as often as you like, as many times as you like.  You have complete unlimited access. If you click a class as 'completed' it doesn't mean you can never view it again, it just helps you to keep your bookmark in the class so you know where you are when you first undertake the course.

Yes, absolutely - I teach how to do the stitches and share some of my techniques.  Once you know the stitches you can stitch whatever you like, however you like! It could even be the start of a new career for you!

My teaching style is very gentle, encouraging and friendly.  I believe in the journey rather than the destination which means I encourage all perfectionist tendencies to be left at the door. This is a time to slow down, relax and enjoy your stitching, not obsess over the size of your stitches!

Online classes will never replace the inspiration and social interaction of a face-to-face class but this online class will teach you all of the basics (and more) so that you feel confident and comfortable in real-life classes.  I do regularly hold real-life classes which you can find on my website here.  I also hold monthly stitch clubs in Autumn and Spring.

Yes I promise!!  Anyone can stitch, it is so much easier than it looks.  This class explains exactly what you need to buy to get started and works on building your confidence and knowledge gently and gradually.

I believe that everyone is creative in one way or another - many of us are just encouraged to take more academic or traditional paths to pay the bills.  Stitching could be the catalyst for you - it opened a whole world of creativity for me.  I now notice the little things around me, I appreciate a slower life and I feel inspired to turn so many scenes into stitch.  I dabble with drawing and watercolours, knit, crochet and quilt.  All of these things that I hadn't done since childhood.  I really urge you to take that first step towards a more creative and slower life!! 

It can be an expensive hobby if you like to buy nice things and try new threads.  BUT ebay, jumble sales and car boot sales are brilliant places to find whole sewing sets with hoops, needles and threads.  Vintage needles when still in their packets are still useful and work just as well as new ones.  I use antique linen which is repurposed from French bed linen.  You can stitch onto any fabric at all - old clothes, blankets, tea towels and sheets.  I tell you all about it in the class.
